I've often said that Mordheim is my favorite tabletop skirmish game, but that is only one in the long list of design credits to Tuomas Pirinen's name. Tuomas has worked for Games Workshop, Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, Remedy, and many others and was responsible for the 6th edition of Warhammer Fantasy Battles - easily the most playable incarnation of the game - as well Mordheim, the cult classic Skirmish game. On video game side of things, he has worked on Need for Speed, Resident Evil and Driver franchises amongst many others.

Today I get to talk to the man himself about his career in games design, his own gaming, and his projects including the upcoming Trench Crusade.
