Arduino mod file tracker on ESP32 (part 2) - playing with the tracker/synthesizer project

This is part 2 of the Arduino mod-tracker project.
I added some features:
- tempo control
- pitch control
- single step
- automatic file loading (parses all existing files and loads one after another)
- channel mute
to the existing features:
- start/stop/pause/rewind
- live playback of all instruments via MIDI

Now you can start to play along with your favourite tracker music
by muting the melody channel(s).
