This is footage from Jet2 flight from Birmingham to Tenerife South on Saturday 3rd August 2024. Upon approach, we encountered turbulence and a go-around was performed.

Unfortunately, the same thing happened on the second attempt so the flight was diverted to Fuerteventura where we landed without issue.

I have to add, both pilots and cabin crew were fantastic, they kept passengers calm and up to date with information and threw in a bit of humour too, they are a credit to Jet2.

The flight was operating as LS1293 using G-DRTB.
