✒Bio: After a successful career of managing high end hotels and restaurants, Chef Fila became a personal Chef to celebrities and other elite SoCal VIP's. Feeling it is imperative to “pay it forward", Chef Fila has been a longstanding board member of NABFEME, the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment, with membership spanning the US, Canada and Africa. NABFEME was founded by Johnnie Walker, the first female Sr. Vice President of Promotions for Def Jam Records.

 -Within the past two years I have lost five 😥relatives, having spent the spring of 2019 watching my Father “fade to grace" and the shutdown of 2020 watching my Aunt battle to survive cancer. In needing a reason greater than myself to get out of bed in September 2019, I created a social justice movement to rehumanize humanity. As a humanitarian, carving out the conversations with humanity which need to be heard and, providing hope to others through these healing messages, is that hope. After having spent this past year in respite 🧘‍♀️ to release my grief, I have now found the strength to produce and distribute the episodes for this series.

➡️For any who have been and are grieving, it is my prayer 🙏 that you will find the healing within these episodes which I have found through their creation and production.
