The AS-600 Semi-Automatic Sleeve Wrapper securely wraps objects in a sleeve of shrink film. These units are used to wrap a wide variety of products, either as individual packs, or as collations. Machine operation is quite simple: The operator places the product in the work area and presses the start cycle buttons. The machine wraps and seals a film sleeve around the product and places it at the exit of the machine - ready to enter into an optional shrink tunnel. The AS-600 Sleeve Wrapper is often used to wrap liquids (Energy Drinks, Sodas, Water, Juices, etc), canned products (tuna, meats, fruits, etc), bagged products (grains, vacuum packaged meats, soil, etc), boxes, and products on trays.
Combined with the shrink tunnel TUN-6040, which supplies heated air to an enclosed chamber for the purpose of shrinking a polymeric film around a package for physical protection and improve the appearance of containers or products. This tunnel includes an electronically controlled conveyor for carrying packages through the chamber.
