In the thrilling conclusion of "Vacancy," Amy (played by Kate Beckinsale) manages to escape the motel and finds one of the killers' cars. However, as she tries to drive away, a masked man breaks into the car through the sunroof. In the ensuing struggle, she crashes the car into the motel, killing two of the killers, one of whom is revealed to be the "helpful" mechanic. As she stumbles into the reception, Amy finds the revolver and prepares for the final confrontation with Mason. Mason appears and starts to strangle her with the telephone cord before savagely beating her while recording the struggle with his camera. But Amy fights back and manages to gain the upper hand, ultimately shooting Mason dead. Watch as Amy takes her fate into her own hands in this thrilling climax to "Vacancy."
