U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to Bravo Battery, 1st Battalion, 9th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, conduct live fire and motorpool maintenance with M109A7 Paladin howitzers during an artillery table exercise at Pabrade, Lithuania, Oct. 25-26, 2023. The table XV exercise is meant to validate the operations of a battery’s standard operating procedures which includes shoot-move-communicate methods, and how to become a more capable and lethal unit. 3ID’s mission in Europe is to engage in multinational training and exercises across the continent, working alongside NATO allies and regional security partners to provide combat-credible forces to V Corps, America’s forward deployed corps in Europe.
