I dropped the bark onto the floor when I took it from the fridge😂 So, I had to do some damage control, that’s why the ready bark looks a bit different than when it went into the fridge🙈

Ingredients:
3 mandarins
80 g 80% dark chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil

1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil
2. Add the peeled mandarin pieces into a bowl. Pour the chocolate on top and stir until combined
3. Spread on a plate lined with parchment paper
4. Let set in the fridge for about 45 minutes
5. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
