The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) has conducted a survey of Bhojshala, revealing 94 sculptures and various coins from different historical periods, including the Indo-Sasanian and Delhi Sultanate eras. The findings include sculptures of Hindu deities carved from materials such as basalt, marble, and sandstone. The ASI report, presented to the Indore High Court, strengthens the petitioner's case, who argues that the site was originally a Hindu Yagyashala, not a mosque.
