Scratch Collapse Test (for Cubital Tunnel Syndrome)

Описание к видео Scratch Collapse Test (for Cubital Tunnel Syndrome)

The scratch collapse test is used to evaluate for cubital tunnel syndrome (ulnar neuropathy). The patient is asked to externally rotate and abduct their hands against resistance. The examiner then scratches along the course of the ulnar nerve at the elbow. The resistance is retested. A positive test is momentary loss in the ability to externally rotate against the examiner.
