This Racing Life returns for a new series, and we visit Wales as the jumps season gets under way to check in on some stables on the up looking forward to big campaigns.

Mickey Bowen has made a fantastic start since taking over the licence from his father Peter and he shows us some of the exciting prospects he has for the winter as the yard looks to be a force in the big winter races after the successful foundations laid by Peter over many years, including success in three Topham Chases at Aintree as well as slew of summer jumps success.

Rebecca Curtis trained Cheltenham Festival winners early on her career on the site of her father's dairy farm but things have not gone so well for the most part in recent years. Having restocked and with a real stable flagbearer in Cheltenham Festival winner and Irish Grand National hero Haiti Couleurs, the trainer outlines her future hopes and some of the names who could take her stable to bigger heights in future years in conversation with Racing TV's Anthony Dunkley.

Meanwhile, Andrew Blair-White pays a visit to Sam Thomas, who has already struck in several big handicaps in his short training career so far. The former Cheltenham Gold Cup-winning rider has already landed a big pot this term with Celtic Dino in the Welsh Champion Hurdle and he outlines how his horses are educated, trained and future ambitions in conjunction with owner Dai Walters.
