I came up with a simple 30 minutes Pulav recipe with Boondi Raita. Its very easy to make. This tastes so good when served hot.

I am using basmati rice. This will give fragrance to pulav as well as its not sticky compared to other rice.

Boondi raita is one of the north indian very popular side dish. This goes perfect with roti, rice and paratha. Pulav is usually served with onion tomato raita or cucumber raita.
I like to try different combinations, this raita combo with pulav tastes so good.

Pulav is not made very spicy, you can increase the spice level by adding red chilli powder
To keep it simple, i dint add mint leaves, dry fruits and coriander leaves. This os how i make it within 30 minutes
Carrot is added just as another vegetable, you can skip this part or replace witj vegetable of your choice
Paneer I am using is the local paneer available in packets. If you want to make vegan versio use Tofu.
