Reading this book made me realize just how the past can lend perspective to what we know now. It has made me question the leading players in today’s political landscape, question their true motives, who they really are, and if this country is truly being led by those who have the best interests of Malaysian at heart.

When you read this book, you will realize that Tan Sri Lim Kit Siang went through hell for this country. The change that we rejoiced over in 2008, the fall of the BN regime, while the work of many people across many decades, can be said to have been consistently spearheaded by my second guest.
In the face of torture, imprisonment, censorship, opposition, corruption, authoritarian leaders, he never shied away. Always walking in the front, leading his beloved party the Democratic Action Party (DAP), with his vision of a Malaysia for Malaysians in mind, and the wellbeing of Malaysians in his heart.

About the Author
Kee Thuan Chye is an author, actor, playwright, stage director, journalist, lecturer, and political commentator. My days as a idealistic leftist back in my university days were spent reading his books, among them, No More Bullshit, Please, We're All Malaysians, and my favourite Ask for No Bullshit, Get Some More!.
As an actor he has appeared in theatre, film and TV over the past 45 years, including in Hollywood and International productions.
In 2009, he was among four recipients of The Annexe Hero Awards recognised for speaking up without fear. In 2019, he was appointed Sasterawan d-Universiti at University Putra Malaysia for a year, and currently he is now Adjunct Professor at Taylor’s University.
