Le 25 octobre 2025 restera à jamais une date historique pour le cinéma congolais.
À cette occasion, le producteur congolais Exaucé MANGAPY a organisé à Lagos, au Nigeria, une conférence diplomatique et culturelle de haut niveau, placée sous le haut patronage de la province du Lualaba.

Cet événement d’envergure internationale a réuni de grandes figures de Nollywood, parmi lesquelles Chidi Dike, Daniel Etym Effiong, Patience Ozokwor, Stan Nze, Félix Ugo, Roxy Antak, ainsi que des ambassadeurs, décideurs économiques nigérians, producteurs influents et membres du gouvernement.

L’objectif principal de cette conférence était de bâtir un pont stratégique entre le cinéma congolais et l’industrie nigériane de Nollywood, afin de donner naissance à des projets cinématographiques d’envergure internationale, capables de relancer durablement le cinéma congolais et de créer une véritable synergie d’investissements culturels et économiques entre la République Démocratique du Congo et le Nigeria.

On this occasion, Congolese producer Exaucé MANGAPY organized a high-level diplomatic and cultural conference in Lagos, Nigeria, held under the high patronage of Lualaba Province.

This landmark international event brought together leading figures of Nollywood, including Chidi Dike, Daniel Etym Effiong, Patience Ozokwor, Stan Nze, Félix Ugo, Roxy Antak, as well as ambassadors, Nigerian economic decision-makers, influential producers, and government officials.

The primary objective of the conference was to build a strategic bridge between Congolese cinema and the Nollywood industry, paving the way for large-scale international film projects capable of revitalizing Congolese cinema and fostering a strong synergy of cultural and economic investment between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Nigeria.
