30 days ago, I started my journey to become Indian again.

Why? Because 3 years in London turned me into a cold coffee–drinking, sorry-saying, thank-you–overusing non-resident embarrassment to my motherland 🇮🇳

So I came back. Ate biryani. Danced at Ganesh Visarjan. Took bucket baths. Almost stepped on cow poop.
But after 29 days of pure desi grind, I was still 10% short on my Indianess score.

On Day 30... I gave up.
Packed my bag. Accepted defeat.
I was about to fly back to London.

But then… a package arrived.
From my friend, who happens to be a girl.
From London.
With love.
In it came my Pikachu & a ceramic toilet-shaped coffee cup. 💩☕❤️

Yes, I cried.
Yes, I drank from it.
Yes, I found my missing 10% in the most beautiful, yet unexpected, way possible.

Turns out, being Indian isn’t about how loud your scooter horn is…
It’s about not giving up on who you are, where you’re from, and how you love.

This is the final episode of Becoming Indian.
The most emotional, funniest, stupidest, and most heartwarming one yet.
