Former race car driver Danica Patrick opens up about her decision to have her breast implants removed.

"When things started to shift for me a little over a year ago, I started thinking there is no reason for these things to be changing," said Patrick during Good Day New York.

From gut issues to metal toxicity, Patrick said she wasn't feeling well and tried figuring it out over the course of a year, but nothing seemed to help.

"My intuition told me that my breast implants were not helping me out and this could be the reason and sure enough it was. I felt so compelled within 36 hours of getting them out my health improved so much, that I was like I've got tell people about this," said Patrick.
