Just days after the tragic Noida techie death, a youth biker, Kamal, died after falling into an open pit in Janakpuri, Delhi. The pit was dug due to ongoing Delhi Jal Board construction work in Cabinet Minister Ashish Sood’s constituency. Ashish Sood assured strict action, instructing the Jal Board to investigate. Friends of the deceased alleged police inaction and said an earlier response could have saved him. AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj accused the Delhi government of negligence, citing similar past incidents.
