I went fishing in a dam that I am fortunate enough to have private property access to. I was targeting Silver Perch, and expecting to catch Silver Perch and/or catfish. To my surprise, I managed to catch a lovely sized Golden Perch as well.
A Golden Perch is more commonly known as a Yellowbelly, or a Callop in South Australia.
