Fixing my RSI - New Desk, Wacom Tablet & Shuttle Wheel (part 2)

I've recently switched to using a Wacom Intuous pen tablet with a Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard and Contour ShuttlePro v2 jog / shuttle wheel. This has completely changed my workflow on the computer and it's something I wish I'd done many years ago. In this video I'm explaining the ergonomics of my set-up and also talking about the tech I'm using - demonstrated in SketchUp, Excel, PhotoShop and Vegas video editing software. If you use a keyboard and mouse on a regular basis I hope this information is useful to you - hopefully you can avoid RSI or tendonitis.
