In this 3 part series we are going to take a deeper look into analyzing technique, with a lot of tips and tricks that will help us extract as much value from our analysis as possible. To learn beach volleyball as fast as possible, we should practice as efficiently as possible. To be able to practice as efficiently as possible, we should know how to do that, and I hope this video series will bring some new ideas and thoughts into your training!

In part 1 we will discuss some less known awesome functions of Youtube, understanding how we can only focus at one thing at a time when analyzing technique and looking for common denominators when trying to figure out what "good" technique looks like. Some pointers on how to excecute a jump float serve are included as the case study!
