Rewinding the fast paced multi-starrer thriller #SHAAN1980 with its James Bond Style opening track. The jazzy vocal combined with plentiful violins , trumpets and trombones by legendary #RDBurman still sounds great today for its high-tech soundtrack .

The movie was certainly much ahead of its time . Like Sholay ( The movie of the millennium) from the same film maker in 70’s, Shaan too opened a new frontier of Indian Cinema . His headquarter was shot in Steep Holm - an English Island of the Bristol Channel where the sadistic baddie lived like king size with automated gadgets and devices and used sharks , crocodiles and blood hounds to kill .
