Annissa: And then creating Firehouse Education because we realized there was a massive gap in the industry for education; specifically dealing with fire including you know, with structure. And so just like there is flood houses, we did a fire house! And you know, literally for like, I don't even know how many years Kevin talked me into actually, at one point, we set fires in our own house.

Ben: Yes! You guys told me that last time and it was incredible.

Annissa: Oh yeah Wel, I still cannot believe the man convinced me to do that. There might have been some rum involved when I finally did decide that. Isn't there always, always, always, always rum involved on all good decisions, or not good decisions. Um, so yeah. We started doing the Firehouse and then that's evolved into, you know?

Obviously we do a lot of traveling and speaking. And we teach internationally. We've been to Australia a few times and Canada, and then yeah. We've kind of been morphing through the avenues that you know, our clients come to us. And they're like, "We want more. We want this." And ultimately you know, we decided that we wanted to be able to bring to everybody what we know that they really needed.
