Another showcase of luxury and royalty living in the rural South Africa. I visited a small but yet rich village called Rafreddy near Phokeng, North West Province in South Africa. This village and many around them in the Royal Bafokeng community are setting an example of what we mean by development in rural areas. That kind of development which is governed by common goals, share by the community at its traditional leaders. The type of development where traditional leaders play a crucial role in sustaining the dignity, the beauty and values amongst the community and the village.
