Cambridge - you’re a bit of a looker.

It’s the star of this video I've made for Cambridge Connect who are proposing to bring a light railway network to the city and surrounding area. They’re showing it during presentations to MPs, key decision-makers and stakeholders. It will also appear on their website and social media channels.

Lots going on technically in this one including the superb drone shots from Marc Mann at Skytech Cambridge Ltd, and I had some “fun” getting Google Earth Studio to play nicely with my animation software to create the route sections.

Happy to say that Colin Harris and the team at Cambridge Connect were over the moon and I'm just as pleased to report that another transport company, KenEx Tram, who are working on a similar scheme around the Thames Estuary saw the video and have now hired me to make one for them too.

Many people won't open and read through pages and pages of pdfs, so if you have information and concepts you want your target audience to understand quickly and as painlessly as possible, video is hard to beat.
