Adrian detailed the process of setting up and managing their system, which integrates multiple databases and allows for automated drip campaigns and listing alerts. He explained how to connect FMLS, Georgia MLS, and additional MLS systems if necessary, and how to update personal information, including the addition of languages spoken. Adrian also emphasized the importance of keeping contact and appointment information up to date, and how to connect Google accounts for automatic contact and appointment synchronization. Adrian shared his method for managing contacts through the ONE Suite app on his phone, explaining the importance of keeping a database up to date and how to label contacts for efficient management. He emphasized the need for having a complete profile for each contact, including phone numbers and personal details. Adrian also demonstrated how to export and import contacts using various platforms like Google, Outlook, and CSV, and how to separate contacts based on the device they were recorded on.
