There is a lot to do around Begnas & Rupa and from Begnas Lake you get great view of the Annapurna Mountain Range. The small town of Majhikuna located on Begnas Lake is know for its delicious Fish Fry Restaurants.

Rupa Lake is less developed than Begnas and is still mostly surrounded by forest. The big attraction here is the stunning Rupa Suspension Bridge that opened in 2022 and spans the lake. From here you can see the rice paddies below and the green hills of the Pokhara Zoological Area. We stayed at a great place called the Rupa View Guest House that we highly recommend for its stunning views, friendly people and delicious food.
