Is the Mortis Engine Any Good in Patch 6.0.3? - Vampire Counts Unit Focus

It hasn't changed "much", meaning it's still the unliving legend of the battlefield, that for which all similar effects are named. Its influence upon the game cannot be overstated. Its power as a slow burn blob destroyer cannot be overemphasized. It's pretty good.
