What is the London 4pm Fix?
A key institutional feature of the foreign exchange market, the “London 4 p.m. fix”, is used to identify times when hedging trades concentrate. The direction of hedging trades is identified by past equity returns.

London Fix = 4 pm GMT Candle. Mark the High, Low, Open price of the candle
LO = London Open
NYO = New York Open
MSB = Market Structure Break: Look for a break on 5 or 15 mins time frames
