Cleaning and storing giant potatoes!

Welcome to day nine of potato harvest! We start the day in the cellar, where we’re cleaning and storing some absolutely giant potatoes. I’ll take you through the process step by step, showing how we get these spuds ready for long-term storage. Next, we head out into the field to run the vine chopper, a crucial part of the harvest that helps prepare the field for digging. As we wrap up the day’s work, we get treated to an incredible sunset—a perfect way to wind down after a hard day of farming.
