Here is a simple exercise you can use on your own to reduce visual-spatial confusion — a challenge that can make learning and daily tasks harder than they need to be.

Visual-spatial confusion can be related to certain types of dyslexia, but it can also affect people who do not have dyslexia. Either way, it can make it harder to track information, stay oriented on a page, or navigate the space around you.

Not everyone has access to a tutor who understands how to reduce these visual-spatial difficulties. So in this video, I’m sharing one exercise that has helped many students strengthen these skills — even when they are working completely independently.
