This is a video of the exercise machine in my house and the exercise routine that I do at home. Because of COVID, I was not able to go to the gym so I decided to bring the gym home. I purchased this so I could easily work out without having a large bulky machine in the middle of my home. Also, it is not too intense, but perfect for my needs to stay active and fit.
