4th Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region EUSBSR Baltic Sea, Baltic Growth, Baltic Environment took place in Vilnius, Lithuania 11-12 November 2013. This year's Forum was one of the largest events of the Lithuanian Presidency of the EU Council. It was organised jointly by the European Commission and the Lithuanian Presidency of the EU Council, together with the Council of the Baltic Sea States Secretariat and INTERACT Point Turku.
