In this upload, I explore the regions of the Western Approach that were inaccessible on my first visit to the area.
0:35 -- Mosaic Piece and Landmark
After unlocking and complete the 'Crossing the Sulphur Pits' operation on the War Table, you gain access to a cave in the Death Drink Springs region. The cave contains the Mosaic and the Landmark.
3:58 -- To Coracavus
After unlocking and completing the 'Find the Source of the Darkspawn' operation on the War Table, the Inquisitor will be able to go through Coracavus to reach the rest of the Western Approach. The road to Coracavus begins somewhat North-East of Griffon Wing Keep. WARNING: Level 15+ party recommended. The road to Coracavus features many Darkspawn Archers and Alphas, while Coracavus and Echoback Canyon feature Giants.

6:15 -- Coracavus
8:19, Master Spirit Rune Schematic in Holding Cells (downstairs).
10:10, Darkspawn Tunnel to seal (Mage party member required).
12:25, Mosaic Piece behind locked door. (Door is at the west end of the chamber that features a Hurlock Alpha.)
14:15, Giant battle.
16:33 -- Echoback Canyon Reached
20:46 -- Fortress Squatters
This quest is available after the completion of Here Lies the Abyss. Knight-Captain Rylen at Griffon Wing Keep reports that some bandits are squatting at the Ritual Site (where you met Erimond and learned of the Warden binding ritual). Kill the bandits to complete this brief quest, 21:52.
23:09 -- Mosaic Piece
From the Echoback camp, follow the west canyon wall south to some tents. Below one of the tents, you'll find the Mosaic piece.
28:28 -- Quarry Site
Near the Oculara in Echoback Canyon.
32:07 -- The Trouble with Darkspawn -- Quest Conclusion
At Echoback Fort, you will encounter Servis. He's responsible for the Darkspawn and Giants appearing in the Western Approach. You'll have to battle him and his supporters. Once he's defeated, you'll be able to interact with him. You can choose to either: let him die in the desert, or to have him escorted to Skyhold. If you have him taken to Skyhold, you'll be able to recruit him as an agent for Leliana.
