After assessing our needs, we have come up with list of items that are very important for us to survive our camping trips. As we have mentioned before in our previous videos, comfort is one of the main considerations in our camping gear choices. Eventually, as we go on with our camping journey, we will be able to determine what works and what not.

Of course we will be ready with our food, water and tent shelter. We also have other gears to make sure we are comfortable when we do the different camping chores, when we lounge and even when we sleep. Beyond all of these, we have to be prepared in being off-the-grid specially when it comes to our lighting and power supply needs. We got these gears thinking our needs while camping and even during emergencies at home so we considered a lot before buying.

As shown on the video, we have different kind of lighting options (battery operated, usb rechargeable and even solar powered). We did not opt for fuel lamps as of the moment for safety concerns. For longer camping trips, we are ready with our solar panel and power station. We even bought portable fans so that we can somehow manage the heat when needed.

Our gear choices is not yet complete and perfect.. But we will start our camping journey soon. We are excited to have this unique way of family bonding. Later on, we aim to improve the way we do things so that our camping experience will be fun and enjoyable specially to our kids.
