Capstone Treatment Center offers world-class residential treatment for young men 18-28 and teenage boys 14-17 struggling with a wide range of trauma, mental health, sexual compulsions, addictions, self-destructive behaviors, attachment, and more.

Every young man that enters our program receives a labrador retriever puppy on admission and takes that puppy home with them when they graduate. Capstone provides the best client to therapist ratio in the country with a clinical caseload of only two clients at a time. This ratio ensures our team has the necessary time, training, and personalized care that is vital to success.

Our therapists are provided multiple trainings during their time at Capstone. Multiple Trauma Training Modalities, Certified Sexual Addiction Training, Brainspotting I & II, Safe & Sound Protocol, Trauma Research Foundation Training, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and more. We invest in our team so they can invest in your healing.
