The Rhode Island Army National Guard's 'Guardian Games' is a fitness training event that aims to promote fitness and motivate participants, all while having fun! The course consists of a number of cross-fit style events that are designed to push the participants and allow for maximum motivation from both event staff and fellow participants alike.

Students from high schools across Rhode Island competed in the 2019 Guardian Games hosted by the Rhode Island Army National Guard! Cumberland High School took home the Championship, and Woonsocket High School earned the top male and female individual times! Great job to all the students for giving it their all and making the 2019 Guardian Games possible!
