My daughter has feeding issues and wasn't enjoying the munchkin colored spoons, they were painful on her new teeth coming in, too big for her mouth, and too hard to get the food out of the spoon part. Our OT suggested a textured spoon, i saw these were inexpensive and made of silicone. They arrived the next day and she immediately took to them. Opened her mouth wide and ate all her cereal. They also act as great teethers with texture and softness.
