In a shocking revelation, the teenager who caused the fatal crash of Sahil Dhaneshra’s bike in Delhi’s Dwarka had falsely told police he was 19 years old.

Documents obtained by NDTV show the boy was actually born on August 2, 2009, making him only 16 at the time of the accident. Driving a Scorpio without a valid licence, he collided head-on with Sahil’s bike near Lal Bahadur Shastri College and later hit a cab.

The teen’s sister was a co-passenger during the crash. He was presented before the Juvenile Justice Board and granted interim bail due to ongoing Class 10 board exams. The incident raises concerns about underage driving and accountability in Delhi.
