Foil paper- To wrap

First Marination:
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Lemon juice-1 tbsp

2nd Marination:
Coriander seeds/Dhaniya -1/2 tbsp
Black peppercorns/Sabut kali mirch- 1tsp
Cumin seeds/Jeera-1tsp
Green Cardamom/Hari Elaichi- 2
Cloves/Laung-2
Dried red chilli/Sukhi laal mirch- 10-12
Garlic/lehsun -10-12
Ginger/Adrak-1 inch piece
Chat Masala- 1tsp
Kashmiri Red chilli powder- 1 tsp

For cooking Veggies:
Cooking oil- 1 tbsp
Garlic/lehsun-1tbsp chopped
Onion/Pyaz-1 large jullienne
Cabbage/Patta gobhi- 1 cup Julliennes
Capsicum/Shimla mirch- 1 julliennes
Tomato/Tamatar- 1 desseded julliennes
Soya sauce- 1 tsp
