In this video we generally discuss the main two techniques. There are techniques that are used to get a good idea of where you are; to see yourself more clearly. There are also techniques that you engage that redirect your energy towards where you want to be.

There is also discussion on more advanced techniques. Well it is not really a technique, but a realization. The realization is that you are not a confined being by any means, but are the universe itself.
