Instant chakli | Butter chakli | Chakri Recipe - It is one of the simple and easy chakli recipes made with rice flour and chickpea flour. Basically, quick and easy hack to the traditional chakri recipe.
I would also like to highlight some more tips, suggestions and variations to the instant chakli recipes. Firstly, I would heavily recommend using fine powder rice flour and avoiding coarse rice flour. You may not be able to shape the dough with coarse powder and also the chakli may turn brittle. Secondly, I have used a star-shaped chakli maker, to shape these chaklis. You may very well use other shapers as per your choice. Lastly, store these in an airtight container for longer shelf life. It should easily last long for 1-2 weeks without losing its crispiness.
