Rick has served as the lead pastor at LifeBridge Christian Church in Longmont, CO since 1991. As a practitioner, he cares about the church being a vibrant part of their community. At LifeBridge they want to help people "Discover Grace," "Grow in Grace," and "Live Gracefully." Rick is the co-founder of Externally Focused Network, and co-author of Externally Focused Church, Externally Focused Life, and Externally Focused Quest.

Before coming to Longmont, Rick served as Vice President of Cincinnati Christian University, and Associate Minister at First Christian Church in Fort Myers, FL. He is a graduate of Cincinnati Bible College (1980) and Seminary (1990). In addition to pastoring at LifeBridge, Rick has also served as a Worship Network host & board member for Christian Network International, Hope International University and other organizations. He often speaks at ministers' conferences, retreats, and leadership seminars as well as seminars in the business world.

Rick and his wife Diane, both natives of New York, have three children, David, Eric and Chelsea. Outside of his ministry and family time, Rick enjoys both water and snow skiing. He is also an avid fan of his kids sporting events.
