How to Make 100% Natural Soapnut Shampoo

I wanted to share my non toxic 100% natural shampoo recipe. I have been using it for several months and just love it. It amazes me how one simple ingredient from nature can gives us all we need to clean our body and hair gently yet effectively. You can also use soapnut liquid to clean your entire home just omit the burdock root. As mentioned in the video please avoid contact with eyes. Getting soapnuts in your eyes is very painful, it stings.

8 cups water
1/4 burdock root (optional)
15-18 soapnuts (you may need more if you have very hard water)
