Renovations rarely get complicated because of construction.
They get complicated because of decisions.

In this video, we introduce a new residential renovation project and walk through why early design decisions play such a critical role in how a renovation unfolds. From the first conversations to site walks and conceptual thinking, this is a behind-the-scenes look at how design direction helps guide decisions that impact schedule, budget, and the final outcome.

This home is located in a well-established Palisades neighborhood in Summerlin (Las Vegas) built in the late 1990s. The goal isn’t to strip away its character, but to thoughtfully bring it up to today while preserving what makes it special.

We’ll be documenting this project from concept through execution and sharing the parts of the design process most people never get to see, leading up to the final reveal.
