Talk about one of the neighborhoods you must in Chicago. Pilsen has a rich Latino culture and this time of the years families come together to celebrate Day of the Dead or Día de los Muertos. It's a two-day holiday that reunites the living and the dead. Families create these beautiful altars with ofrendas to honor their departed family members and friends.
