Most people are clear that the primary home, rental property, business should be put inside a Trust, and that retirement accounts, IRAs/401ks, and life insurance should NOT be transferred into a Trust.
The one that’s not so clear is Bank Accounts. Put it into a Trust, or use the Payable-on-Death option to designate speciifc beneficiearies.

If you do nothing, your bank account will be frozen.
