Trauma Center: New Blood - Challenge 4 (Rank XS)

I started playing Trauma Center fairly recently, and it's really surprised me. I didn't expect it to be this good. :)

Challenge 4 is unlocked after clearing the game. You've gotta treat 4 patients in 10 minutes (excluding dialogue :P) while battling with three types of GUILT from the original game, in addition to two kinds of Stigma. Took me quite a few tries to beat it, but I was pretty amazed when it gave me a Rank XS. I didn't even know that rank existed!

I'm running this on Dolphin 3.5-367, using a mouse and Xbox controller to emulate the Wiimote and Nunchuck. That's why the cursor is perfectly stable, and why my tool selection sometimes sucks. ;)

The speed of some movements made the vid look a bit crappy at 30FPS, so I tried rendering it at 50FPS instead. It's the first time I've done it, so hopefully YouTube doesn't knock it down to 30FPS again. (Edit: BAH, it did. Never mind. :P)

As a bonus, some of the things I do with the syringe nicely fit the theme of YouTube's comedy week. Haha. :)
