said machine have swing motor brake fault in morning time after 10mint it's swing motor brake work normally
almost maximum machine's have swing brake fault when it's lubricant is heat up & then release the oil pressure & loose brake fault trace out.
we discuss about said machine fault
our machine Hyundai R 140 w-9 which is very good machine & it's work efficiency is excellent & appreciate able
said machine after 03 years later comes swing motor brake fault.
1.We check its swing motor oil level which is ok & then check its swing motor oil conditions which found satisfactory .
2.We test its pilot pressure which is around 500Psi to 600 Psi which is normal Pressure
almost
3.we check open/check swing motor brake valve & service
brake valve is in good working conditions
4.we open its swing motor head & check its Rotor, valve plate, plunger its
during troubleshooting we found valve plate fault bcz it's valve plate one side is changing its color which is black & valve plate surface is worn out
5.after trace fault we change its valve plate, repair its Rotor facing work restoration the swing motor parts & fitting the swing motor
6.after swing motor fitting check the machine swing motor brake fault
now machine swing motor brake is working in good condition on both sides
