Here is an easy and fast boxing wrap I found to work for boxing fitness classes (not for sparring!) that gives you good wrist and hand support that can be put on quickly and with little knowledge and effort.

Step 1: slide on with thumb through second hole
Step 2: start wrap by pulling wrap towards the thumb to Cover the hole. Wrap around the wrist 1x.
Step 3: after Wrapping wrist 1x bring across hand then around knuckles 1-2x
Step 4: go back down across hand to
Create an X on top of the hand then around wrist
Step 5: go back up across hand then around knuckles 1x and back down towards the wrist to create another X on top of the hand.
Step 6 : Make a Fist and wrap around wrist 2-3x.

6 Easy steps and you're ready to start boxing within 3-4 minutes!

So much faster than the Mexican style wraps and has superior wrist protection then the bulky inner hand gloves that just gives you 1 strap for your wrist. These type of wraps don't support the flex ion of your wrist when punching. You need a wrap to secure the wrist and small bones of the hand.
