In this video we are conversing with Aanchal Munjal who is playing the lead in the upcoming movie “MANDALI” by Reltic Picture. “MANDALI” is about an artist’s fight against the evils that degraded the sanctity of Ramleela, staring Aanchal Munjal, Rajneesh Duggal, Brijendra Kala and directed by Rakesh Chaturvedi Om.

Anant Seth and Aanchal Munjal talked about Ramleela, Shri Ram, Mata Sita and other characters of Ramayana who play an important role in the life of HIndu across the world. They further talked about Aanchal’s selection for the role of “Bunty” in the movie.
In the second part of the podcast with director Rakesh Chaturvedi, the discussion started with reasons for degradation of the holiness and sacredness of Ramleela. Rakesh ji further told us about his findings related to various versions Ramleela organized across Bharat during his research for the “Mandali”. We further discussed how the heritage of Ramayana and Ramleela can be preserved and the role of Radheshyam Katha Vachak in the culture of Ramleela acts.
